First Aid Kit

Several people have expressed an interest in donating to help buy a good first aid kit for Factor e Farm to upgrade our existing first aid supplies. Here are some of the specifications we think a kit should have, what do you think?

-suture

-forceps (hemostat?)

-hemostatic compund?

-medical tape

-maybe also these things, but we could just get them at the store: ACE bandage for sprains, hydrogen peroxide, medical honey for a fast wound healing disinfectant wound dressing?, etc?

-any other first aid supplies we should pick up in addition?

-are there any first aid/first responder classes we could take?

We'd like people to help find a link to a good one to buy with the specifications we decide on. Thanks!

Homeopathic kit! I sprained my ankle then cut open my thumb on a rusted old screw on the last farm I was at. These teensy weensy sugarpill homeopathics WORKED within 2 hours. Wound healed clean closed up right away, ankle swelling went down and stopped hurting within two hours. I have never seen anything like the speed, and its just traces of traces of traces, tiny medicine, like an innoculation or something - "like treats like" they say, I was sceptical, but somehow *it works* -try it!

I don't know if you're trolling or not, but even if you believe in homeopathy, you must be aware that many educated, scientifically literate, technically inclined people see homeopathy as a blindingly obvious fraud.

If that's the kind of people OSE is looking for (and correct me if I'm wrong), then having a homeopathic first aid kit is worse than having no first aid kit at all. It's the worst possible marketing.  Having no first aid kit is an omission that can be fixed easily enough.  Having a homeopathic first aid kit suggests a cluelessness that is beyond redemption.
